Soccer Varsity Girls

Proctor’s varsity soccer program provides a competitive environment for student-athletes to grow within a supportive community. Through teaching a tactical approach to the game of soccer, players learn essential fundamentals that prepare them to be successful athletes both at the high school and collegiate level.

The soccer program teaches students to balance the responsibilities of being a varsity athlete with contributing meaningfully to the greater school community. A typical training session seeks to develop the technical skill of a player before building those skills into small sided drills that represent tactical scenarios. Through intentional focus on physical conditioning and mental training, the team progresses to full-field play, preparing players to compete at a high level for 80 minutes each game day.

Proctor Girls' Soccer competes in the challenging Lakes Region League that includes Brewster Academy, Holderness School, New Hampton School, Tilton School, St Paul's School, Kimball Union Academy, and Vermont Academy; we also play non-league NEPSAC opponents in Maine and Massachusetts.
